Our Team
Heather began her career as a human resources professional in the financial industry. After seven years, and at the urging of a former co-worker, she decided to delve into the world of supplemental insurance by working as an independent agent. Eight years later, she has built a successful insurance business and recently decided to expand her knowledge and product offerings by joining DuVall Financial Group. Given her HR background, Heather prides herself on establishing personal relationships with her policyholders and works hard to ensure individuals feel confident in her recommendations and ability to take care of them. Heather helps individuals on a daily basis regarding catastrophic and unexpected events and therefore, she knows the importance of solidifying benefit decisions which can provide future financial assistance as needed.
Heather and her husband, Ben, live in East Tennessee with their two boys, Hudson and Hayes. They especially enjoy outdoor family activities, traveling and attending sporting events together.
